How do I scan receipts?

Open the app, tap the camera icon on the Receipts tab, take a photo of your receipt, and our AI will automatically extract the vendor, amount, date, and category.

Can I export my data to QuickBooks?

Yes! Go to Reports → Export and choose QuickBooks-compatible CSV format. You can export receipts, expenses, income, and mileage logs.

How does the free trial work?

You get 30 days of full access to all features, no credit card required. After the trial, choose a plan that fits your business or continue with limited free features.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your financial data is never shared with third parties.

Can I use Hardhat Ledger on mobile?

Yes! Hardhat Ledger is fully responsive and works on any device. A dedicated mobile app is in development.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it.
