Account Information: Email address, name, and business information you provide during signup.

Financial Data: Receipt images, expense records, job details, and income/expense data you enter into the Service.

Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including features used and time spent.

Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Process receipts using AI (OCR and categorization)
  • Generate financial reports and insights
  • Send important account notifications
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Service Providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (receipt processing), Vercel (hosting).

Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We regularly review our security practices.

5. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Export: Download your data in standard formats
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and data
  • Correct: Update inaccurate information

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow for data export, then permanently deleted.
